Sales Training

I had a day-long sales training today, which was actually kind of fun. Not that I really want to be a salesperson or a customer service representative in life, but I actually (*gasp*) feel like I got something out of the training.

Today's training included an overview of the type of client services person we are and the type of customer we service. If I were to boil the entire training down to one word, I would say that the key was communication. Okay, so duh, communication is crucial when talking to people. But, I hadn't realized the specific areas of improvement that I could make, not just at work, but with others I encounter.

Anyways. So yeah. I learned something at work today. Who woulda thunk it.
