Chicken Anyone?

 

I had a fun time cooking at my friend, Karen's, house last week. We're trying to implement a weekly cook-at-someone's-house event with other law school peeps around for the summer. Last week, we cooked a whole chicken! It looks very pretty, if I do say so myself. However, the fixings turned out pretty gross. The vegetables were a bit raw after baking them for an hour! Oh well.

Anyway, I'll try to post more pics of the summer so that this blog will be more visually appealing. :-)
